Zamojska Vita

We produced architectural visualizations for the "Zamojska Vita" development project in Gdańsk, commissioned by the developer "Develia". Our objective was to capture the intimate essence of the community, which comprises two three-story multifamily buildings. With a commercial application in mind, our focus centered on presenting an inviting ambience using clear skies and summer lighting. Leveraging our extensive experience collaborating with developers, we meticulously crafted visualizations that have found remarkable utility both on the developer's website and in printed promotional materials. The aerial view visualization of the neighborhood seamlessly integrates the buildings into their surrounding context. By incorporating drone-captured imagery, we achieve a heightened sense of realism. This aerial perspective visualization is particularly well-suited for integration into an online editor, providing prospective buyers an opportunity to acquaint themselves with individual residential units.
