Jaggielonska 13

We created visualizations for the "Jaggielońska 13" apartment building on behalf of NDI. The project was designed by the Sopot-based studio "Roark." In this series of visualizations, the key role is played by nature, drawing inspiration from the nearby Reagan Park and the sea, with characteristic dune vegetation. This is particularly evident in the image showcasing the building's entrance area. An important aspect of the apartment building visualization was the authentic depiction of its surroundings, including the bustling street life filled with pedestrians and passing cars. In this collection of architectural visualizations, we illustrated the building in various lighting scenarios, showcasing its functionality at different times of the day. The evening visualizations effectively capture the highlights of urban life, where services and restaurants take the forefront. The daytime balcony visualization not only features the arrangement of an exemplary living room but also focuses on the proximity to the park and the sea. One of the more intriguing visualizations of the apartment building presents it in a cloudy, stormy setting. Such an approach allows us to emphasize the details of the wooden-paneled facade and the green terrace.
