Monolith

Visualizations of a residential community were developed for the "Herzinwest" investor. The community's design was crafted by Paweł Lis. Comprising 8 residences, the Monolith estate is situated in Pruszcz Gdański. The nomenclature stems from monoliths, immense glacial boulders left by the Ice Age, which are abundant in the Vistula delta area. These boulders often held significance as places of local reverence, symbolizing fertility and prosperity. The stony motif of the Monolith is reflected in the stone-adorned roofs and facades of the structures. This cohesive architectural expression, coupled with its rugged sculptural essence, effectively captures the name's spirit. The suite of visualizations created for the investor encompasses an array of angles, meticulously detailing each residence. Diverse lighting variations enabled us to visually enhance the showcased buildings while upholding a consistent visual identity.
