We created architectural visualizations for a housing development in Suwałki on behalf of the developer "Rutkowski Development." This example truly showcases our capabilities in handling large-scale projects. The development consists of several multi-story buildings with a dedicated park and numerous amenities, all of which we depicted in great detail and at a high level of accuracy. Aerial perspectives in particular highlight the significant effort invested. Meticulously designed green spaces, people strolling along the neighborhood promenade, and the arrangement of individual apartments – all were executed within our established timeframe, without the use of drone photography. Our extensive experience collaborating with developers in crafting architectural visualizations empowers us to undertake projects of any scale. Furthermore, this case demonstrates how different forms of architectural visualization complement one another. A bird's-eye view comprehensively illustrates the entire neighborhood and its urban context, while human-level architectural visualizations portray the development on a smaller scale, placing greater emphasis on building finishes and landscaping details.
